Concept

The Atlantis Project is a revolutionary event. Constantine seeks to forge a new way for the Order to interact with mundanes, and demonstrate a better way for the Order to run. His focus is mundane and magical politics, power, and effective and fair rule. Rego, Mentem and Vim as focused arts.

Description: The upper portion of the golden sceptre is shaped as an elongated figure in repose, wearing robes and with a crown upon his head. The lower portion is shaped into a comfortable grip. Gold features upon a red gold base, with gaelic scroll-work in intertwined alabaster, lead, and silver throughout. Topaz, garnets, and green turquoise are the main feature stones, with walnut and hazel elements.
